Order payment
After an order is received, the manager checks the 3D models, printability and final price. The customer receives a confirmed quote and payment method.
- Payment by IBAN bank details.
- Payment by a personal payment link when provided by the manager.
- Production starts after payment is confirmed.
Production time
An estimated time is shown during checkout. The final lead time is confirmed after the models are reviewed and depends on technology, material, quantity and equipment workload.
Delivery in Ukraine
- Nova Poshta: to the branch or parcel locker selected during checkout.
- Pickup: the pickup address is shown during checkout when this method is enabled.
International delivery
Universal delivery is available for the USA, European countries and other destinations. The customer enters full recipient details, country, region, city, postal code and address. Shipping cost and carrier are confirmed separately.
Shipping cost is not included in the preliminary online estimate unless the manager states otherwise.
